  • Tammy Wagman and Major Money Vaquero are 10th in the Limited Non Pro Futurity
  • Luke Gagnon and Lil Santana are 5th in the Open Ancillary class
  • Dell Hendricks and Starbucks Sidekick are 13th in the Open Futurity Finals

<< Mandy also rode Booger Peppy Lena to a 5th place finish in the Non Pro Futurity Finals, earning over $13,600.

Justin Mathison rode Diamante Del Cielo for owner Amber Slaughenhaupt to 4th place finish in the Limited Open Finals and 8th in the Intermediate Open finals, earning over $8,720 for their efforts.

Congratulations to Mark and Tammy Wagman on their purchase of Major Money Vaquero, a three year old by Major Vaquero out of NRHA World Champion Tiny Money Miss. Good Luck at the NRHA Non Pro Futurity to Tammy!

Congrats also to Amber Slaughenhaupt on purchasing Smart Sara, a 2001 sorrel filly sired by Smart Starbuck out of Sara Goes Hollywood by Hollywood Dun It.

2003 SWRHA Futurity

Tom McCutcheon and Easter Starbuck (Smart Starbuck x Miss Reiny Jac) place 6th in the first go and 9th in the Open Futurity Finals, earning $2,020 for owner Wayne McDonnel in Finals and Go Round money.

Justin Mathison and Diamonte Del Cielo mark a 220.5 to place 6th in the Open Finals, 4th in the Intermediate Finals at the SWRHA Futurity for owner Amber Slaughenhaupt. They also were 3rd in the Limited Open, earning over $3,854.

Mandy McCutcheon and Blow Pop (Lil Ruf Peppy x Jiffy Pop)were second in Non Pro Futurity first go, and finished as Reserve Champions in the Non Pro Finals earning over $3,101. Mandy also won the first go on Berry Great Twist and ended up 7th in the finals.

<< Congratulations to Dell Hendricks and Starbucks Sidekick, the 2003 Congress Open Futurity Champions. Starbucks Sidekick is sired by Smart Starbuck, and is owned by Doug Adair. Smart Starbuck is also a Legacy Sale Alum, and has now earned over $31,000 in his first two outs.

Congrats to Justin Mathison on riding Spring Dun It, owned by Service Electronics, to 8th in the Open Finals and 7th in the Intermediate Finals.

Justin also rode Hurricane Whiz to a 3rd place finish in the Intermediate Finals and 17th place finish in the Open Finals for owners Angelo & Jan Berrettini.

2003 Denver Summer Slide

Lil Ruf Peppy offspring, win 1st and 2nd at the Denver Summer Slide Stallion Stakes NP Futurity with Mandy McCutcheon.

Jasmines Ruf Blonde (Lil Ruf Peppy x Miss Jasmine Jac) was 1st, and Blow Pop (Lil Ruf Peppy x Jiffy Pop) was 2nd.

Gunny Mathison wins the Denver Summer Slide Limited Open Futurity riding Dis Dolls A Dun It.

 

2003 USET Reining Championships

Tom McCutcheon + Smartest Chic Olena

Tom and Mandy McCutcheon sweep the USET Reining Championships in Gladstone for the second year in a row!

Tom and Smartest Chic Olena won the $75,000 added USET Open Reining Championships, while Mandy rode Arc Sparkle Surprise to the $25,000 added Futures Reining Championships.

 

 

 

2003 NRHA Derby
Congratulations also go out to Mike Simmons and Lil Ruf Jac (Lil Ruf Peppy x Miss Jac Of Hearts) on their 2003 Prime Time Derby Championship.

2003 NRBC
Congratulations to Justin Mathison and Justanother Dun It (Hollywood Dun It x Justa Spring Freckle), on winning the Limited Open Classic Championship, and tying to win the Reserve Intermediate Open Championship! They won over for $ 22,200 owner Service Electronics during go rounds and finals at the NRBC.

Congratulations also go out to Mike Simmons, who rode Lil Ruf Jac (Lil Ruf Peppy x Miss Jac Of Hearts) to claim the $5,000 Non Pro Championship, earning over $2,200 for the big win.

Congrats to Tom McCutcheon and Ruf Hearted Jac (Lil Ruf Peppy x Miss Jac Of Hearts), who made the Open Finals with a 222 1/2, and finished 19th overall. They earned over $4,500 for owner TLC Farms.

Congratulations also to Andrew Pickett and USS Peppy (Lil Ruf Peppy x USS Enterprise ), who were 3rd in the Intermediate Non Pro Classic and 3rd in the Limited Non Pro Classic, earning over $5,000.

Tom also rode Sailin Ruf (Lil Ruf Peppy x Pinesail) to a 4th place finish in the $10,000 Open, earning over $1,100 for owner Giovanni Cioli.

There also were some great performers at the NRBC that were produced by McCutcheon broodmares. All in all, offspring out of McCutcheon broodmares earned over $134,000!

Congratulations to Reminic N Dun It, (Hollywood Dun It x Reminic Chex Bar), Matt Dillon Dun It, (Hollywood Dun It x Rosalie Dillion), Justanother Dun It, (Hollywood Dun It x Justa Spring Freckle), and Lil Ruf Jac and Ruf Hearted Jac, (Lil Ruf Peppy x Miss Jac of Hearts).

2003 Gordyville USA
Congratulations to Sailin Ruf (Lil Ruf Peppy x Pinesail) and Tom McCutcheon, who won the Gordyville Breeders Cup Open Reserve Championship.

Congrats also to Justin Mathison and Justanother Dun It, who placed 6th in the Gordyville Breeders Cup Int Open.
