2004 NRHA Futurity Lil Ruf Peppy Open Finalists: Smart Starbuck Open Finalists: 2004 SWRHA Futurity
<< Congrats to Dell Hendrick and Memorable Affair on winning the Tulsa Classic Futurity. Memorable Affair is by Major Vaquero and owned by Robert Stinner. Congrats also go out to Sam Smith, who rode Miss Brim Star by Smart Starbuck, to the Reserve Int Open Futurity Championship. Tom McCutcheon also rode Smart Great Dude, by Smart Starbuck, to 7th place in the Open Futurity. Congrats to Duane Latimer on riding Miss Lil Ruf by Lil Ruf Peppy to 3rd place in the Open Futurity. 2004 Legacy Reining Breeders Sale 2004 Congress Tom also tied 4th/5th on Ruf Dun It, owned by Giovanni Cioli and sired by Lil Ruf Peppy. He tied with Shawn Flarida riding Ruf Night Out, sired by Lil Ruf Peppy, and owned by Jimmy Pierce. Gunny Mathison was also an Open Futurity finalist on Smart Sara, sired by Smart Starbuck and owned by Amber Slaughenhaupt. 2004 NCRHA Futurity

2004 NRHA Derby
Tom McCutcheon rides Steadys Dude, for owner Brad Hattig, to a Bronze Medal finish in the FEI/USEF Reining Finals to earn $10,480. << Gunny Mathison rides Silver N Hickory to a tie 4/7 placing in the Open Derby Finals to earn $21,349 for owner MMCO Corp. Mandy McCutcheon rode Silk N Hollywood to a Reserve Championship Finish in the Non Pro Class to win $1,342.
Tom also was the Reserve Champion in the $10,000 added United States Equestrian Qualifier riding Steadys Dude, for owner Brad Hattig. Gunny Mathison also made the NRBC Open Finals on all three of his horses. He was tie 8/10 riding Silver N Hickory for owner MMCO Corp, 11/12 riding Ruf Hearted Jac for owner Tommy Pierce, and 23 riding Justanother Dun It for Service Electronics. Mandy McCutcheon won the first go and made the finals of the Non Pro Classic riding Silk N Hollywood, owned by Tim McQuay. She also was 5th on Lil Ruf Jac. Mandy was Reserve Champion in the $5,000 added Non Pro class riding Dont Miss This. 2004 Gordyville Breeders Cup
<< Gunny Mathison and Justanother Dun It, owned by Service Electronics, marked a 225 to win the Gordyville Open Breeders Cup. They tied with Sam Smith riding Ruf N Smart, who is by Lil Ruf Peppy. Both marked a 223.
>> Tom was also the winner of the CRIO on Saturday night riding Steadys Dude, marking a 224. Mandy McCutcheon won the Reserve Novice Horse Non Pro Class Championship riding Blow Pop, by Lil Ruf Peppy. Congratulations to new owners Mark and Debbie Arballo on purchasing this nice gelding.
